Trustworthy, Professional, Reliable, awesome staff!
Been dealing with them for many years for the purchase and maintenance of my
A/C and Heating unit. Angel Coronado just did the annual maintenance on my A/C and like always
It was a job well done! He was very thorough, took his time , explained the complete maintenance check and results. Very respectful , represents Desert West very well…great job Angel ! 😁👍🏼
Highly recommend them!!

Damian just left my house, and I cannot rave about him enough!!! My AC had stopped working, and I called DWS. Not only did they get me a same day appointment, but Damian was here in less than 90 minutes! He quickly found the issue, fixed it, and fully explained everything he was doing. From his friendly attitude, to his shoe covers, everything was top notch!!

Damian with Desert West just provided excellent service from the begining to completion of the Job. The other companies just wanted to hustle me. They replaced an old failing heat pump with a new system
